When you complete an order with us, an agreement is entered into between you and us at INOAR Sweden HB. When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation to your e-mail about the purchase you have completed.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING
We offer shipping to the following countries:
Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Iceland, Finland.
We offer shipping with Postnord. The time for preparation and sending of the order depends on the number of orders processed. The time from dispatch to delivery of the order depends on the delivery company, the transport is usually 2-4 working days within Sweden.
We offer free shipping for deliveries over SEK 999 within Sweden. The customer must select the free delivery option when ordering. Delivery costs depend on the delivery company’s current prices and may change with the change in delivery costs offered by the carrier.
We reserve the right to charge the handling costs incurred in the case of unclaimed packages, or if no one can receive the package despite repeated attempts (return shipping, shipping costs, etc.). Unredeemed packages are charged.
According to the law, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return it to us within 14 days. For your return to be accepted by us, the product must be returned in the same condition and the product must be unopened. We also have the right not to accept your return if we believe you have handled the item incorrectly.
When returning, you as a customer must contact us via our email email@example.com. The message must state the desired return and your contact details so that the return is handled correctly.
You as a customer are responsible for the cost of returning the products and are obliged to pay for the delivery of the order if you have used free shipping. The refund can take up to 15 days and is refunded if we receive the item undamaged.
You have the right to delete your order if it has not yet been packed and a shipment label has not yet been generated (generating a shipment label means that we’ve already paid the shipping costs).
As a customer, you have the right by law to complain about a defective product. In the event of a complaint, please contact us via our email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The email must contain your contact details (full name and address) as well as the order number and a description and picture of the error on the item.
In the event of a complaint about our products, we are always responsible for all shipping and delivery costs.
Note: according to the Complaints Act, you have the right to complain up to a certain time. If your complaint is upheld, we will compensate you in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act.
A refund in the event of a complaint can take up to 15 days.
